Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy! But if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

✔️ Return & Exchange Policy

  • You can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of purchase.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice and mention the reason for the return.
  • Return shipping will be at your own cost via courier or registered post.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

❌ No Refunds on Sale Items

  • Items bought in Clearance Sales cannot be refunded.
  • Items bought at full price but later marked down will be exchanged at the sale price.

🧾 Exchange Conditions

  • The item must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with tags.
  • Exchanges are only accepted with a valid receipt/invoice.

💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds are only for defective or wrong items.
  • Refunds will be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.
  • Please share your account details on the back of the invoice or through WhatsApp/Email
